I got the game to work. This works fine. Firstly, ALWAYS READ THE README FILES!

1) Mount Disc 1 on daemon tools.
2) Try start the game but it will say insert disc 2.
3) Unmount Disc 1 and insert disc two.
4) After it completes installing, DONT UNMOUNT yet. Go on my computer and then right click on the incredible disc, and then click on open. You should see all the contents that are in that disc. Copy everything you see and paste it in the directory you installed it on: (eg, C:/ Programs Files/ THQ/ Disnet/ The incredibles)
6) Now go back to the folder where you saved the files from this torrent. Copy the 'Launcher' and paste it in your installed directory (eg: C:/Program Files/THQ/ Disney/ the incredibles)
7) Now go back to your folder where you saved the files from this torrent, copy 'IncPC'. This time, paste it in the C:/Program files/ THQ/Disney/The incredibles/Game)

Mounting the disk lets your OS access the data on it. You need a virtual drive to mount the image (ISO). You could burn it to a disk in which case it will auto mount the disk once inserted into the drive. Don't just burn the iso onto a disk, you need to create a disk from image.
